Location, size of appartment, heating was working really well, overall good experience

Owner seemed suspicious, asking me if I’m underaged, emphasized that they have cameras in the building and parties are not allowed (which is already listed in apartment’s info), that felt a bit extra and unpleasant

Location of this apartment is really good. It is spacious and bright. Beds are big and comfortable. Our host was great and answered all of our questions immediately, she was kind and helpful.

This apartment needs some investment, there are no curtains in both of the rooms that can actually block the sun from going in. TV and AC remote controls had no batteries. Apartment is in a very loud neighborhood, but it comes with the location.

Location was excellent. The entrance to the building and the lift were great. Tv works. Hot water works.

Most everything inside is broken, run down, not working or old and worn out. Floor ripped and broken which is a hazard. Shades on window broken, shower door broken and windows have problems opening and closing. The main door closes flimsily. The chairs in the dining room broken. Sofa old and unclean. Kitchen lights need bulbs. Fridge small. The place has no improvements in years. Paint on wall falling off. Towels given were many years old and work out.
